Shipping Methods

On all standard deliveries, we aim to ship your item within 3-5 working days. You will be notified via email once your item has been shipped. Some of the larger items require more careful packaging and a different courier and may take bit longer to get to you.

It is also possible to collect or arrange your own courier for your item from E13, London or CB21 Cambridgeshire. If you would like to collect please use the code Collect at check out and email to arrange a collection time and date.

Jack & The Fox Interiors does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Where possible we try to do our bit for the environment, this means where possible we used recycled packaging or products that are eco friendly.

We currently only ship within the UK. However if you are from outside of these areas and would like to purchase an item please email us through the contact us page.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, the return shipping cost and any duties associated with it will be deducted from your refund once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year.

You will receive an email to respond to confirming that you are aware of this possibility and are prepared to cover this cost. Once we receive the confirmation from you, we will ship your order. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after we receive your email response regarding customs and duties fees. If you do not respond within 5 days your order will be cancelled and a refund processed.

Recycling your old electricals is easy!

Recycle your electrical and electronic devices free at your local recycling centre. To find your nearest centre, visit the Recycle More website and type in your postcode.

Why recycle?

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK’s fastest growing type of waste.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

We’re proud to support your local authority in providing local recycling facilities for electrical equipment.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.
